Got my comcast installed last week and can't get caller id to work

Got my comcast installed last week and my caller id still does not work.

Hello,

In order for you to have caller id to work you will need xfinity triple play a motorola or pace set top box. If you have that then you should contact 1-800 comcast or 1-800 xfinity and ask them to check if they have the correct ucid code on your account.

Since move three week ago my caller id hasn't been workingI have called comcast two weeks ago and the said to wait 24 to 72 hoursI just called again and mentioned to check the ucid code as you suggested and they said my id should be working but it isn'tThey then said to wait 24 to 72 hours.
