Got Email Notice of New Voicemail but No Messages When I Check

Got Email Notice of New Voicemail but No Messages When I Check

Twice in the last two weeks, I got an email saying there was a voicemail message (different numbers) but when I called my phone number, it said there were no messages.  No one with access to my account listened to or erased a message.  The web site does not show any voicemail messages either but callerid and website show the incoming calls.

 

ANyone know what's going on?

This issue is new to us. If you know the callers, can you check with them to see whether they left voice messages to you or not. Can you send me the email notifications you received by email? Thanks.

Sorry but that is long gone from my trash folder.  The caller id is from someone's cell phone and the number is not in my address book so I doubt it is anyone I know.
