Goodbye and Thanks for your Support!

Hi everyone,

I wanted to post here and thank everyone for all of your participation in the CDV forums since they came online last August. It's been a real pleasure having the opportunity to get to know many of you and I'd like you all to know that your comments and suggestions have played a big role in helping us improve our service.

In particular, I'd like to thank our dedicated crew of volunteer experts who do such a great job of helping out their fellow customers and who keep things organized and running smoothly here day in and day out.

With that said, I must announce that I have accepted another position within Comcast. While I plan on stopping by every now and then, I'm leaving the day-to-day operations to Jim and Richard. They've both been involved with supporting Comcast Digital Voice right from the very beginning and are extremely knowledgeable. I have no doubt they'll make a great team and will continue to make these forums a helpful place to find answers to your questions about Comcast Digital Voice.

Thanks again everyone for your participation and support!
