Good News needs it's own thread!!

Hello, I am back.
For those of you that don't know, you can read my other thread..."no dial tone for a week".
Just want to report good news for a change!...
My faith in Comcast Digital Voice, and Comcast, as a whole, has been restored.
Marcus was out last week, and got one phone working--Stephen was out today, as promised, and has restored all my services.
THANK YOU, Gentlemen. You were both very kind, considerate, and respectful of my needs. Kudos to you both!!

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
