I'm thinking with the lack of responses from comcast on the forums and certain issues that persist that they don't fix and use the lame excuse it'll take 24-48 hours for fix to show up which means phone or online support is off the hook till you find out you've been blindsided just shows no serious concern. First month of Xfinity voice was good a trouble free. The deal offered was hard to refuse but I'm thinking even though I'm saving a lot on phone service I'll probably go back to a regular landline. Never had these issues with phone service before.

After replying to me I contacted with the info. Next day they called me to setup time for tech to come out. Tech solved all issues in a short time. Courteous and informative. I'm impressed. Seems an update to the box was somehow stuck in some mode causing the issue I had. Thanks Comcast (and tech).
