Getting the run-around on Universal Caller ID

I was sent a message through my TV that it was coming in August.

 

I asked in "chat" two weeks ago for an ETA on this feature,and was told it was already on my account. That they just had to add a code and it would be available in 24-72 hours. After waiting for 4 days I tried chat again and was told that the code was never added to my account and would be added immediately. They said to wait another 24 hours. After 24 hours it was still not there. So I decided to call 1-800-Comcast to find out what was up. They then told me that this feature is not even available in my area and have NO ETA on when it would be. So I tried Comcast chat again and told them what was said. They again told me that it is indeed available and should be working. So they gave me a trouble ticket # and told me to wait for 24 hours for someone to contact me. The next day I received a call from Comcast and again was told that this service is NOT available in this area and no idea if/when it would ever be available. Does anyone have any info on this service in Minneapolis ?

i apologize for the confusion, it is not yet available. i do not have a eta.
