Hi there,

 

Comcast digital voice customer.  I need to forward my phones to an oncall number each night.  What are the steps and can I do it from a remote location?

On a residential line the only way to set up call forwarding remotely is on the web, either in Smartzone or Comcast Digital Voice Center http://digitalvoice.comcast.net In Digital Voice Center it is under preferences / forward calls.  Just fill in the number to forward and check the box.

 

It is not possible to setup this automatically the same time every day.
