Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service

 I had the absolutely best customer service experience today.  Our phones went out.  I called tech support and got connected with a wonderful lady.  She talked us thru the problems and reset our modem.  We now have phone service.  I missed the customer survey call but want to let someone know how great the service was and how nice the woman was.  Is there someway to pass along our thanks?

try the same for your tv, been 5 days and counting, countless hours on phone and chat, problem acknowled on their end, been promised all work since 4/4 now going into 4/9, maybe 20 comcast folk have chatted, "comcast shuffle", check out the other forums and be grateful for whatever luck you had this time.
