False Promise and Hung Up on Customer

Just have X1 setup, and needing phone number ported, it has been nearly 10 days, still not yet ported.  Three (3) separate tickets have been created on this, everytime a new ticket get created, everything started all over.

 

Everytime was asked to wait for 72 hours, provide me false promise that "will handle for you with prioirty", etc.  NEVER HAPPEN.  I rather I am told it takes 10 days and get it done, instead of false promising and get me follow up everytime.

 

The last agent Stephane was very unprofessional and hung up on me on the chat session.  This is VERY DISAPPOINTED and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I ever have. 

 

They talked you to get to a 2 years contract, pay big bucks and don't care any more.  Not sure how I can escalated this and get this resolved, so posting here.
