Error message 11404

Error message 11404

There are certain numbers that I have tried to call and received ERROR 11404. Please let me know what it means. Also, your messaging system seems to have a problem with moving the cursor to a different word in my message above for editing. It too about 2-3 minutes for it to go where I wanted it to go so I could edit/correct misspellings.

For this issue, call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and begin the process with the CSR...this may require level 2 support and will be escalated with the CSR.
