Error SCC-0250 When Checking My Missed Calls

I recently changed my number about 2 days ago and can no longer view my call logs on Smartzone I keep getting message scc-0250.  Looks like many have had the issue and it can be fixed by linking the TN (database) to smartzone.  Please help

If you haven't already, please call 1-800-comcast and tell them the error code you are getting since changing your phone number.



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
