Error Message - SCC-0235

Error Message - SCC-0235

When I attempt to access the comcast digital voice features via the internet. I get the following error "unable to retrieve profile summary for [ insert my email address] (cause detail:invalid request) SSML DVP LDAP - get profile failed.

 

I spent over an hour on Comcast live chat with a person who did a number of things but was unable to get the feature to work.  I moved from one location to another, and something tells me that transfering my services had something to do with it. Perhaps my acount isnt completely set up between two integrated systems.
