Error Code SCC-0235

I had this service installed on the 26th of March and have been plagued with problems ever since. The On Demand feature won't work, the telephone was disconnected for three days after installation and now I can't access telephone features online

 

I'm tired of calling Comcast. I've already received credits, free movie passes and a heap of apologies.

However, I'd just like the service to work

 

Can someone please assist me with this problem?
