Hope this goes out to ALL current/potential customers. Have had the Triple Play for two years and it NEVER all works correctly! LATEST issue has been two weeks of calling and getting hung up on, NO resolution, people "escalating" the issue to higher ups who call after bus. hours. and NOW a call on a SATURDAY/HOLIDAY at 830 am!!!~Usually from MANILA by people who can barely speak English (the case even when you call during US bus. hours)--AND IT"S STILL NOT FIXED! The overall service SUCKS. Go with ANYONE else, if you have a choice and the  haven't monopolized the area like they have here. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
