ERROR: Inhibited

ERROR: Inhibited

I came into the office today and when I attempt to use my phone this message appears ERROR:Inhibited.  Anyone have any idea why I am getting this.  The phone has been working fine for 9 months.

If you have Business Class Service, it would be best if you posted this in that forum.... this is the residential service forum.
