Dropped calls

Dropped calls

I'm experiencing dropped calls more and more frequently. I added digital voice to Comcast cable and internet 4 months ago, after 4 years of trouble-free Vonage service, and I'm beginning to regret making the change. Caller ID for some calls is incorrect, from my office for example, but I can live with that annoyance. Is there something I can do to solve the dropped calls issue? -Tim

Sure, call 1-800-COMCAST.  I'm not being flip about it, you just didn't say that you'd called the usual first place to go for trouble resolution.
