Dropped calls

Hi Comcast People,

 

I'm getting dropped calls all over the place. Almost every call I'm on drops within 10 minutes of connecting with my party. I thought this might be due to a failing phone battery, but I hear no warning tone before it happens. I'm currently in a dispute with Qwest regarding an outstanding bill that is for the wrong amount. Is it possible that Qwest is doing tjhis to me as a way of getting me to pay them money I don'tg owe them? Can Comcast check this ouit for me? Other explanations?

Does your phone turn off when you lose the call?

If yes, then it is related to the dropped calls, if not, then it is a seperate issue, and the phone battery is not causing any problems.

 

Your previous phone company has no control over the Comcast network and phone service, so they cannot do anything to cause your phone calls to drop.

 

You should call tech support, and have them check it out, might need to get a tech out there for a signal issue.

Does the internet have connectivity problems as well ? What about the T.V. reception (if you have their T.V. service) ?
