Dropped calls here too

I have the same issues as other posters have - calls that drop for 10-20 secs and then pick up. Is there anything that I can do from here?

Your SNR is pretty low and you upstream power is way to low. This must be fixed by Comcast, there is nothing you can do on your end. Call 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278) for a tech.
