Disabled voicemail, callers get "not in service"

Disabled voicemail, callers get "not in service"

We don't want to use the Comcast Voicemail (prefer an old school machine) so I had it disabled - no problem.

We do like/use call waiting.  Here is were the problem comes in.  If someone calls when we are on the phone (and we don;t switch over in time) the caller get the "we're sorry, this number is not in service" message.  How do I stop this?

Thanks!

Call into Comcast and discuss your options with them....  the VOIP system is perfomring exactly as advertised but cannot find the VOIP VM to send the call to... there may be options, but only calling into Comcast will you get satisfaction.
