Digital phone service keeps going in and out

Hi,

 

I have bundled internet-tv-phone service, and our digital phone service keeps going in and out every couple of hours.  The only way I can get it back up is by resetting the modem.  But even when I do, there are several green lights that are flickering (when they used to be solid).  Any advice?

You should call Comcast support first and they will do a health check on your eMTA and see what the next step would be, most likely a tech visit to your home.

 

 

If you alreay have had contact with Comcast support and it hasn't been fixed, then please post back for escalation by the Corp team.
