Digital Voice

I recently changed my phone number to an unlisted and unpublished number.  I also recently installed the upgraded modem and returned the old modem.  The new modem has lost my digital voice settings and does not recognize the digital voice part of our account.  When I log on the my voicemail on www.comcast.net, it tells me there's no TN associated with this account.  Please correct this situation.
