Digital Voice error

I discovered this morning that when someone was trying to call me, they were getting "unable to complete your call request please try again later".  I had a dial tone and could call out.  I called Comcast Customer Service, the representative was very helpful and courteous.  He immediately knew about the problem, and told me that there was a problem in my area, they are working on it, and hopefully back up and running soon.  He said they are collecting information on everyone who is calling in my area with this problem and are reporting it to the approriate department.  I just wanted to post this in case anyone else is experiencing this problem.
