Digital Voice Preferences

After waiting about two weeks I can finally see my voicemail info in Smart Zone. Unfortunately the system will not accept changes to my preferences such as rings, language etc.

The Comcast admin team has been notified and will look into your account and links to Digital Voice.

 

You will hear back from a Comcast admin probably Friday, and he will get you fixed up.

 

Watch your email and this thread for any updates and if he needs more info.

Are you seeing any error messages? What behaviors are you seeing when you attempt to save the changes?
