Digital Voice Mail

I recently got a new phone and I cannot it to record my incoming messages.  I called Comcast and they said to go to *99 and fix.  I did and I can't figure it out!  I don't use my digital phone mail at all.  I want my message going to my phone.  If you know, please let me know.  Thanks

From home:

  • Dial your home telephone number
  • A tutorial will guide you through the setup of your new voice mail service.  Once you are into the system, listen carefully to the recorded instructions.  You will be prompted to create a password, record your name, and record a personalized greeting that callers will hear when they reach your voice mail. 

 



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
