Yet another example of Comcast failure.

 

1. CALLED 404-COMCAST
 
>>> "SORRY WE ARE TOO BUSY, NEED TO CALL BACK LATER"
 
2. CALLED 800-COMCAST
 
>>> SAME AS #1
 
3. WAITED FOR AN CHAT ANALYST
 
>>> 20 MINUTES THEN SO SLOW AND BROKEN I COULDN'T ACTUALLY GET THEM TO HELP

Mine is down now. 12/15/11 just gives me busy sound on any number i dial

Can someone investigate why someone hung up on me and/or why it took 12 calls to get someone on the line?

 

And why the online chat system had a 20 minute wait and up to 3 minute delay on typed messages to the agent?
