Device upgrade

I received a phone message saying to go to comcast.com and order a device upgrade at no additional cost.  I cannot figure out how to do this.  Can you help?

Fill out and submit form.

If you do order online wait a week then follow up by phone to make sure the order was actually received. Many times they are not.
