Device Upgrade

I received a letter in the mail asking me to upgrade my device.  Is this actually from comcast.  I need to be sure before I give out my information

Fill out and submit form.

If you do order online wait a week then follow up by phone to make sure the order was actually received. Many times they are not.

You mgiht also try going to a local service center and swapping out the equipment there so you do not need to worry about mailing the old equipment back.
