Deactivating voice mail and call waiting.

Deactivating voice mail and call waiting.

I have been calling for weeks now in an attempt to get my call waiting and voicemail deactivated. I figured out how to turn off the call waiting on a per call basis, which will work fine for my purposes so I am not concerned about that but I need to turn voicemail off as soon as possible. I don't understand why it is so difficult to remove these services, I am not trying to lower my bill or anything - I just need it turned off for work. I have spoken with two chat agents and am currently on the line with my fourth phone agent (who I've been on the line with for 35 minutes). I need some kind of resolution to this issue.
