Day 3 without a phone continued

Finally an ETA  (12:00 a.m. tomorrow) on when the issue with the phones that have been out for 3 days will be resolved.  But why 12:00 a.m. tomorrow??    Is that because it was Good Friday/Easter weekend when the phones went out and the regular shifts will be starting at midnight?    What a crock and  absolutely unacceptable.  In 2013 Comcast was given the honor of the second worst company for customer service.  Bank of America was number one but after this debacle,  (and many others especially  with the new xr-1 platform)  CC deserves the  number one slot.

I was waiting for a tar & feather party, I volunteered to bring the feathers.  The phone did not come back (I never got any message) at midnight, it was still out at 1:00 a.m..  It came back by 9:30 a.m. today, I just hope it stays repaired.  I still expect a refund!
