DVR Manager and Caller ID

We recently added Voice services to our account.   Phone and cable services seem to be working fine.   However, I can't seem to get our DVR to display Caller ID information on the TV screen; I've confirmed the Option is ON in the menu.   Also, tried accessing DVR Manager via my PC, and I keep getting the error that "compatible DVR's can't be found".   I called Comcast Help yesterday,and they reset both our DVR's, but problem still exists.   Help?

Hello,

How recent have you added the voice service? It does take awhile for it to be activated. If it has been a couple of days or so then call comcast and ask them to check your account codes.

also what are your cable boxes?
