Hi my phone is not working, internet & cable work just fine. We need help

Always start troubleshooting CDV issues by pressing the reset button on the eMTA telephony modem.  You will need a toothpick or poker to access the recessed button.

 

Test it with a known good wired phone plugged directly into the L1/L2 jack on the eMTA.  Disconnect the cord feeding your inside wiring jacks.  Give it a good test.

 

If that doesn't help, then Comcast support needs to be contacted, which can be done with a online chat or a call from a alternate phone.  You can contact online chat at this link https://www.comcastsupport.com/ChatEntry/
