Constantly having to reset modem

Anyone else having to reset their modem about once a week when their phone suddenly loses dial tones?  Yet our high speed internet works!


I have had a service tech. out & they just show me how to reset the modem but I am sick & tired of this!

We have the same thing happening at about the same interval; once a week.  Last week it did affect both the phone and the computer, but the TV was fine!
