Completely turn off voicemail

I’ve been on the phone with Comcast for about 2hrs just trying to turn off voicemail. For some reason they won’t transfer to supervisor....someone please help me! All I️ want is a busy signal when others try to call. It has to be this way because l use this phone for work and is not allowed. Before transferring service everything was perfect, when moving it’s been sooo hard to get it back..... #fml #thinkingaboutswitching
