Comcast's Voice Web Portal is *BROKEN*

Comcast's Voice Web Portal is *BROKEN*

I cannot manage *any* of my Voice Settings from the Portal.

I have to redirect from Email to Voice to even view my Missed Calls, Placed Calls, etc.

I cannot update Call Screening - when I click, it says 'Working' at the top of the page then times out.

I have tried from all three major Browsers, all of them fully updated.  Chrome, IE and Firefox all fail.

 

I'm tempted to cancel my voice service and go to Vonage.  I'm done fighting with this.

I'm having the same problem. Wanted to use Call Forwarding.....went to Preferences, Voice, and then up comes an ad page wanting me to go to Xfinity Voice and buy something.

 

What's up?

i CANNOT USE WY VOICE PORTAL FOR AT LEAST 3 DAYS COMAST RESPONSE IS IT'S BROKEN. PLEASE FIX THIS

i can not use my voice portal on the web site  either  whats wrong  can you fix it comcast     sure hope so after this huge price increase              HELP ME   STEVE
