Comcast has given out my phone number, RANDOMLY

I was unable to use my phone last week and I figured a plug was loose.  Only to find out yesterday that Comcast made a "mistake" and canceled my phone service and ported out my phone number to Verizon.  WHAT AN ABSOLUTE MESS.  I have had this number for 4 years, and have been with Comcast for the same amount of time.  The customer service is absolutely NO HELP.  They are all talk, not solution-oriented.  If/when this is all resolved I will NOT be renewing this contract.  

 

I was supposed to get a call 6 hours ago with a solution.  Instead, I've had to call 3 times with ABSOLUTELY NO solution to the problem.  

 

Ridiculous.

 

Comcast is a fraud.

When a number is ported out from Comcast, we are complying with a request from another provider.

We are required to comply with a port out request.

 

When this happens, we have to fill out a Carrier Dispute Center form, and once that form is submitted there will be communication between Comcat and Verizon in this case, and we will work with Verizon to resolve the problem and to restore your services.

 

If nobody has submitted a form, I can get the ball rolling for you on it.
