When I change from a Telcom provided Phone service (land Lines) to Comcast Phone service will I be able to keep my current or transfer my current phone number to the Comcast provide Voice/phone service?

If within the same rate code, you will be able to.  To be sure, you should call into Comcast and ask a CSR if it can be done @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489.
