Checking voice mails and call logs online.

Trying to check voice mails and logs online. Have gotten this message for about 2 months now:  "Sorry, call logs are temporarily unavailable. We're working on fixing the problem."  How many more months before the problem is fixed?

I just checked again and mine is working... don't know if this is a market issue but you should call into Comcast and register a trouble-ticket for them to process to look into why this is happening to you....   You're paying for these services to work and you should be able to use them!!!
