Cannot setup voicemail

I dail my number from my phone and it says the mailbox number you are trying to reach is not in service. How do I setup the mailbox? Everywhere I have found tells me to call from my home phone and dail*99 but that does not work. Now whatSmiley Sad

I'm having the same issue! Along with my phone going out 3times in past week. Sigh. Help

Call Customer Service, Technical Support.  Your voicemail box was not created on the system and a technician needs to open a ticket to activate it.
