Cannot get voice mails online

Cannot get voice mails online

When I log into Smartzone I can access my email but my voice mail shows as a feature I need to purchase (I am a current subscriber). I tried Comcast help online, they reset my my voice mail, I waited the 1 to 7 days and still no online access. I called and talked to a tech who again reset my voice mail and after waiting for days I still cannot access the voice mail online. From the phone (*99) it works great, just through Smartzone. I even asked the tech if there was something that needed done to allow access and he claims no. I looked all over to see if I turned off the feature and I don't see anything.

It DOES work with the Xfinity Android App.

The Comcast Corp administrator has been notified and will get it corrected.

 

Please watch this post and your email for updates from the team, today or early next week due to the holiday.

I am interested if Gary 's  issue was resolved.  i also cannot access my voice mail online.

I tried chatting with a tech but it didn't work. I am wondering if the service is not available in my area. How can I find this info.  Thanks  Vicky5

Vicky5, start a new post, each person's issues is unique to them.  This thread is already marked as solved, and will not get attention with new people adding to it.  Include any error messages or codes you are getting.
