Cannot get help to solve

I get this message everytime I try to ccess my phone online:

Sorry, but there's something wrong with your account
Please contact Customer Care and tell them about the following error: No TN Found on account.

I have called many times and tried to connect with Customer Care all have been unable to solve this problem, any suggestions.

Are the Panasonic Phones part of a wireless system with one unit being the base and the remaining units being the satellite phones?  Did you connect the base unit to the inconvenient location?  Have you paired the satellite units?

What is the model # of the panasonic phones?
