Cannot access voicemail with Smartzone

Cannot access voicemail with Smartzone

 

 

I cannot perform any online management with the phone/voicemails. It acts as if I don't have voice service with Comcast.

 

I have tried chat, calling Comcast several times, and responding to a post.  I can't seem to get this resloved.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Same problem.  Same resutls.  Everytime I get I have to laugh at the beginning where they spend an over abundance of space telling me how they're going to solved my problems because in the all they do is waster my time have to read all of that krap.

It is obvous that I need someone to solve this problem.  What is not so obvious is that continuing to go through hours of endless chats which resolve nothing is anything but a waste of my time.  So here is the json data which was returned by the first javascript error  on my SmartZone Page.  It would be nice if you could just fix the problem and quit wasting my time.

I guess I should have realized that but I didn't.  I was kind of thinking that perhaps Comcast monitored such things but I guess that's a little too much to ask.  At any rate thanks for your response.  I guess there is no real solution here except to wait until the monster awakes and decides to serve the little people.  Oh well such is life.

Dete is the admin of the forum.  Comcast employees are the ones with their names in red, and he has a Comcast email address.

Still Can't Access my Smart Zone Call Manager

After nearly a month of endless chats and emails, I still can't accesss my SmartZone Call Manager or my voice mail.  But I am a lot better at figuring out how to find things like account numbers and pin numbers.  I notice that a lot of other people seem to have the same problem as well.  I wonder if there's something they're not telling us?

No, it was not something a customer could have fixed themselves.  I made the last post just to complete the thread.  That way if someone searches for a similar problem they'll have some idea of what needed to be done to fix the issue.

Hi I can see my tel voice messages using smartzone - but cannot play them -- I press play and nothing happens How can I correct this
