Cannot Log-in

Cannot Log-in

I have downloaded and installed the software from Comcast.  I have the settings for starting the software when the computer starts, and run in the background.  Whenever I log-in using my primary user name and password (same as is used to get account info) I get the message that the log-in failed.  I did the "chat" session for help.  The tech said there was a "ticket" for this, but I have heard nothing further.  Does anyone have similar experience?  Any solutions out there?

I'll notify the Comcast admin and they will look into your account and someone should get back to you.

Can you reccomend how to do that?  I have gone the tech support route, with no success.  I had hoped that maybe they would read this forum.

Your issues has been noted to him, but he was off yesterday and nothing got attention, now the backlog is huge.  He or someone from his team will look into it and get back to you sometime soon.  He is aware of it.
