Can't see voicemail on-line

Can't see voicemail on-line

After getting a voicemail on the home phone I get an e-mail telling me I have a voicemail.  When I click on the link or go directly to https://vm.connect.comcast.net/ it won't show my voicemails.  It only displays missed calls, answered calls and placed calls.  I've tried Internet Explorer and Chrome.  Does the same thing.

It actually starts out showing "Voice Mail" just above the list of the Missed calls, Answered Calls and Placed Calls, but then "Voice Mail" disappears once the page finished loading.

 

The system used to work fine for years, this just started the last couple months.  I've just now got around to trying to fix it.

 

Please help.

The Comcast Team available to the Forums has been alerted to your issue. Expect a reply in this thread or via Private Message.  Let me know if you do not receive a reply or PM from a Comcast Official Employee (OE).
