Can't manage Voice options on account

Can't manage Voice options on account

I've been trying to BLOCK A PHONE NUMBER on my account but I keep getting a message saying there's no Telephone number associated with my account. Every technical person I speak to at Comcast has no idea of what the problem is. I get suggestions of resetting the modem, the computer, changing browser settings - nothing really does anything to resolve the situation - which is - Managing my voice preferences on the Comcast website I get an error message - Please see attachment.

Searching for someone at Comcast who knows what to do to resolve this...

FOr the most part, these forums are user-to-user help areas....  You can try to PM ( private message ) ComcastCares....  Click on the envelope in the status bar above and then Compose new Message....  start typing Comcastcares in the TO field...  it should auto-populate.  Please give them all of the information you just posted.
