Sorry for the inconvenience.
Can you connect to other websites? Are you getting any other messages outside of the server not connecting like a java script etc?
I cannot access Call Manager to set up readable voicemail, which I was invited to do by a XFINITY email i got yesterday. I get an error pop-up window that says "A network service error has occurred." When I ask for details, it says
msg: system failure: java.lang.NullPointerException
trace: <detailed traceback info>
I have tried this in three different browsers: Chrome, IE, and Firefox, and all do the same thing.
I've been trying several times a day since I got the email about the new voice mail option. I get the "A Network Service Error Has Occurred" message on all Call Manager options.
I can't change any of my voice preferences either. An error message pops up saying it can't connect to the server. Is this being worked on? I've been trying since last Saturday...
Sorry about the issues you are having. I have escalated this issue and someone will be on contact with you soon.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Are you still having issues connecting to the server or has this issue been resolved? Please let me know.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Are you still receiving this error?
I have made multiple calls to Comcast to resolve this issue over the past week. All I ever hear is that "it's been escalated". Apparently not high enough.
Sorry for the delay. Are you still experiencing any issue or has this issue been resolved.
I posted this earlier it seems to have disappeared so here you go again.
Re: Network Service Error Has Occurred - possible solution!

It is now working for me. not sure if what I did fixed it, but I did one thing after which all works great. For the phone line that wouldn't work in this tool, I went into digitalvoice.comcast.net to configure my voice mail preferences. Essentially, I removed the checkbox check that required my voice mail password when calling voice mail from that number (i.e. my home). After saving that digitalvoice.comcast.net preference change, I went back into the Xfinity Call Manager preferences website and I was able to make any changes I wanted now with no network service error like before.
Here is the link.
Sorry for the oversight, I have escalated your issue and someone from your local market will be contacting you soon.
