Can't log on

Can't log on

Comcast Digital Voice was installed on 8/28. It is now 9/8 and I have not been able to log on to the Voice Center since day one. The phone works, but I can't access any of the online features.

I have called at least 8 times and gone through the process of resetting passwords ad nauseum.

This has taken hours of my life. Time wasted.

I actually got a call from someone in the Baltimore phone tech support office telling me that the problem was fixed. It was not.

I am getting this message:

It doesn't matter if I log in with my primary name or my phone #. Same deal. It either sends me to that page or to the comcast.com phone sign up page.

 

Here's the deal Comcast: Fix this by 9/9 or lose another customer. Oh yeah, I also want a service credit AND to be compensated for my aggravation.
