Can't delete a "skipped Voice message"

Can't delete a "skipped Voice message"

Can't delete a "skipped voice message" -which is played before my "two new messages" .  I never get an opportunity to delete, save etc. It almost sounds like the caller forgot to hang up her phone-when I wait I get a busy signal.

I have the very same problem...and would love to have a way to take care of it.

You may be able to press 77 real quick to be able to delete it, or you could perhaps use Xfinity Voice to do so:
