Yesterday after 90 minutes on the phone with a tier 2 tech support tech, he fixed my online voicemail access for my secondary phone number. Today it is back to broken again. My issue # is/was CR717743284. Please help! I can't be on the phone again for 90 minutes on this. Hopefully y'all have the Tech's notes and whatever he did yesterday, someone can do again. I can get to my VM by my landline, and VM's are being successfully forwarded to my email - it's just I can't get to them online or with my Xfinity Connect app on my iPhone.
