Can't check my online VM.... AGAIN

Yesterday after 90 minutes on the phone with a tier 2 tech support tech, he fixed my online voicemail access for my secondary phone number.  Today it is back to broken again.  My issue # is/was CR717743284.  Please help!  I can't be on the phone again for 90 minutes on this.  Hopefully y'all have the Tech's notes and whatever he did yesterday, someone can do again.  I can get to my VM by my landline, and VM's are being successfully forwarded to my email - it's just I can't get to them online or with my Xfinity Connect app on my iPhone.

Hello Jmillzz, are you only having issues with getting to your voice mail through the app? Have you been online to see if you get all your voice mails there? Have you tried deleting the app from your phone and adding it back?

I see "send message" but when I click on it I get a page that only seems to list private messages with nowhere to type.
