Can't change voice mail notification settings

Can't change voice mail notification settings

I want to add an e-mail address to receive VM notifications. 

 

Following the links in "My Account" and then "My Services," I end up at http://prefs.connect.comcast.net/prefs/voice

 

This is where I had initiallly set up VM notifications. Now, however, two of the options, "Readable Voicemail Notifications" and "Checking Voicemail," are not available to change and are marked "Temporarily Unavailable."

 

I don't know how long this has been this way, as I have not had occasion to make changes and have not visited this page in a long time, but I have been trying for several days and this error has been ongoing.

 

Is this a systemwide issue or something specific to my account?

Responding to myself, I discovered that it depends on which links you follow in the whole "My Account" system. There are multiple ways to get to voice mail preferences. By trial and error I ended up at a different page called:https://pf.connect.comcast.net/OptimusPref/prefs/voice and the option I needed is there and working fine. Still says "temporarily unavailable" at the other link.
