Can't access Digital Voice internet features,

Can't access Digital Voice internet features,

I spent more than an hour on line with tech support last night, resetting modem, resetting router, flushing winsock, etc -- nothing worked.  I cannot access my voice mail account on the internet, and I can't access Digital Voice on my iPhone Comcast App.  This happened once before and it required a change on the server side, not on my equipment.  Can I get some help with this?  I'll really appreciate it!

 

When I try to sign on to Digital Voice I am redirected to http://www.comcast.com/Corporate/Learn/DigitalVoice/digitalvoice.html

the Comcast admin has been notified and will contact you for help.  You will be hearing back from him or his team.

I'm still waiting to hear from Comcast Admin.  Any way we can light a a fire under that idea?

Hello - apologies for the delay - please email the following and reference your post:

 

  1. Account number
  2. Phone numbers Comcast provides 
  3. Which phone number(s) have voicemail
  4. Start date of Comcast phone service for each phone number provided
